Fees fruit cake
The Marquesans love it and Nathalie prepares it in no time. Thanking them for all the fruit they give us, We bring to them a cake... and friendship does the rest! Ask all who taste the recipe… Now we drive them to the TAO Blog.
Ingredients:
A cake pan to:
- 2 well bananas ripe
- a small bowl of fresh fruit (papaya, mangoes, Carom...)
- option: raisins, chocolate chip, candied fruits...
- half a glass of fruit juice (Pineapple, Orange...)
- 2 Eggs
- 110 grams of butter
- 120 grams of brown sugar
- 300 grams of flour
- a sachet of baking powder

a pinch of salt
Preparation:
- In a bowl mix crushed fruit, grapes, chocolate, fruit juice
- In another bowl mix the sugar with butter
- Add the eggs and mix well
- Add flour, yeast and pinch of salt and good beat
- Pour the fruit into the batter
- Mix
- Line a cake pan with parchment paper and pour the dough
- Preheat the oven and Cook 35 to 40 minutes in a hot oven (on the boat we do too much control temperature!)
